I loved the pose on this one, but I couldn't get the sun right. Note to self, bring a green blanket next time you want your subjects to lay on wet grass. I will working on getting some reflectors too.

I love the look that Liberty park created with these canopy's and the stone, and the benches and vines and everything.

Thanks so much for giving me the opportunity to do your photos! You guys looked great!
I now love liberty park too! It has a lot of great areas to do photos, if you have the sun just just right. The park has some tall trees, and I found that the best spots were where the sun couldn't come through the trees. This first one the sun was a bit to much for their eyes, but I think it still turned cute!















This 2nd spot was great, and none of them were blinded. I think This one is probably my favorite. : ) Look at that little beauty sitting on their laps. She is so stinking cute!

At Liberty park setting up for my very first photo shoot, which I learned a lot on, and I'm so thankfull for them letting me have the opportunity to take pics of their cute family! Their pics soon to come!
This man was kind enough to give a moment for me to practice. I realy liked the setup of the bench and tree and he made a perfect subject for a sunny day in the park!

Fun with a self portrait

I decided I needed a new facebook profile pic. lol
So I experimented, and this is was my favorite. hehe

I thought this was interesting. My sweet talented sister wanted a picture of the girls easter dresses, because she is making some bows to match them, and I am totally excited!!! She is so talented with all of her crafts that she does, and by the way, if you come get pictures done with me, she is going to have a supply of them for sale here, and maybe some blankets too! Anyway, when I took the pictures, I used my flash (not on purpose) to take the first picture (above).
Then I took one without the flash (below). I found it interesting, what the flash did. The picture looks darker! It evened out the creases and lines throughout the picture. When I just used the natural sunglight coming through a window for the second picture, the lighting was better, and you can see more of the details of the dress, and the true colors too. I sent her the second one, because I think it turned out better. I just wanted to share, the difference. Both can be good, but it depends on what the subject is I guess. : )

Fun with roses

This rose is one that my dear husband bought me. It is supposed to stay this beautiful for 2 years without any water or care or anything. So it sits on my counter, never drying up! I love it!
